Help With
First Online Internet Banking
If you are experiencing
trouble accessing Online Banking, this page will help you
determine if your password is disabled, your Internet
Explorer settings are preventing access, or if your browser
supports high encryption. If you can get to the login
page and still are unable to access your account, you may
have disabled your password. If so, please call Account
Services for additional assistance at (870) 425-1831.
Blank Page CGI or Scripting Errors
If you get a page that is
blank or says:
"CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a
complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:
Unexpected error in module HB.EXE - Could not load control
file "
Then you will need to change your browser settings.
Microsoft updates sometimes reset browser settings to
their default.
For Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools | Internet Options |
Security tab
Add
https://secure.mybop.com to the Trusted Sites.
Click Custom Level
Scroll to the Scripting section and enable "Active
Scripting" and "Scripting of Java applets"
Close and reopen Internet Explorer.
Still not able to access First Online?
If not, you may need to
upgrade your web browser. Due to security threats, it is
necessary to have a browser which supports high security.
You can check to see if your
browser supports 128-bit encryption by opening your web
browser, choose Help and "About Internet Explorer" or "About
Netscape."
This screen will pop up:

The Cipher Strength should be
128-bit. If a Cipher Strength is not specified and your
browser is less than version 5.5 you need to upgrade your
browser.
